Organic Coconut Sugar

Coconut blossom sugar is extracted from the blossoms of the coconut palm and is an alternative to white cane sugar. You can use it just like cane sugar. It has the advantage of a particularly pleasant and soft sweetness. Coconut blossom sugar gives your products and dishes a delicious caramel taste.

All our products come from organic farming. This means they are certified for their organic quality. The entire supply chain is regularly monitored and checked to the highest quality standards.

For the Organic Coconut Sugar we use an innovative material mixture based on natural renewable resources. Currently, it is only fully compostable under industrial conditions according to DIN EN 13432, which is why you can't throw the film onto your own garden compost or dispose it in your biowaste. This is incredibly unfortunate, as the film could theoretically be disposed of with the biowaste. I hope that the German disposal system will evolve soon, until then please dispose of the foil in Germany using the "Gelber Sack" (yellow bag). For information on other countries, it is best to contact your local authorities.

I am very happy that we have found packaging options made from renewable materials that do not require fossil fuels for their production. However, we will continue to look for the best possible solutions for you in the future - from content to packaging.
