I can barely count how many cookies I have baked in my lifetime.
Cookies just make life sooo much yummier, and help make this website
quite a bit better. Some of our cookies are necessary to make our website work,
while others help you to have the best shopping experience. You can decide which
cookies are your favorites yourself, but I would really appreciate it if you accepted
all of my cookies – it would really help me out!

What‘s the difference between cane sugar and coconut blossom sugar?
White cane sugar has lots of calories but zero nutrients. No vitamins, minerals or fiber is left. You can also call it „empty calories“, which do more harm than good to a human body. Unfortunately, the food industry adds cane sugar to the majority of products. At Naturally PAM we decided not to use it.
Coconut blossom sugar also has a lower glycemic index than white cane sugar.
What is the glycemic index?
The glycemic index measures the effect of a carbohydrate-containing food on the blood sugar levels. The higher the value, the faster the food causes blood sugar levels to rise.
As soon as the blood sugar spikes, the body releases the hormone insulin, in order to lower the blood sugar level. This may favor the storage of fat and might lead to food cravings.
What is the difference between cocoa butter and butter from milk?
Cocoa butter is made from cocoa fat instead of cow’s milk. There is a smaller carbon footprint and it is an important part of chocolate being so delicious. :)
What does the cocoa content say about the chocolate?
The higher the cocoa content, the darker and purer the chocolate. That is why the cocoa content in our chocolate chips is 70%.
Where do the products come from?
We source the best raw materials worldwide and package them for you in the EU in sustainable packaging materials. The quality of the raw materials is the most important aspect to provide you with the best possible snacks.
What does controlled organic cultivation mean?
All products come from organic farming. This means they are certified for their organic quality. The entire supply chain is regularly controlled and checked for the highest quality standards.
What is the packaging made of?
Our products are always packed in the most sustainable and environmentally friendly materials possible. Most of them are even compostable and after some time they simply dissolve. Other products have such a high need for protection that natural film cannot provide sufficient barriers. Of course, these sensitive products should arrive at your place just as fresh and tasty. Therefore we use recyclable packaging that contains all necessary barriers.
What material is the shipping carton made of?
Your order will be shipped in grass packaging from GREENCOR. The cartons are produced with recycled paper mixed with 30% grass. Grass grows back much more rapidly than trees and creates an even more sustainable packaging. Less water, energy and chemical processes are needed and therefore a lot of CO2 can be saved. Please dispose the carton in the paper recycling bin as it is very important to separate all materials that can be recycled with resources becoming ever more scarce.
How do I dispose of the packaging?
Compostable packaging in theory could be be disposed in the green colored organic waste bin in Germany. Unfortunately this is currently not allowed according to local regulations. We hope the waste management companies and regulations will improve in the future and in the meantime, you should use the recycling bin. Compostable foils are treated the same as plastic foils according to current regulations.
On some products we also use recyclable materials. These can be disposed in the recycling bin.
