What is so special about cashews?

Cashews are actually not nuts, as many people think, but belong to the stone fruit family. Among their many great properties and delicious taste, they are great source of plant protein. My Naturally Pam Cashews are not roasted or salted, but completely pure.

What does controlled organic cultivation mean?

All our products come from organic farming. This means they are certified for their organic quality. The entire supply chain is regularly monitored and checked to the highest quality standards.

How do I dispose of the packaging?

For the Organic Cashews we use an innovative material mixture based on natural renewable resources. Currently, it is only fully compostable under industrial conditions according to DIN EN 13432, which is why you can't throw the film onto your own garden compost or dispose it in your biowaste. This is incredibly unfortunate, as the film could theoretically be disposed of with the biowaste. I hope that the German disposal system will evolve soon, until then please dispose of the foil in Germany using the "Gelber Sack" (yellow bag). For information on other countries, it is best to contact your local authorities.

Why did I choose this packaging?

I am very happy that we have found packaging options made from renewable materials that do not require fossil fuels for their production. However, we will continue to look for the best possible solutions for you in the future - from content to packaging.
