    The higher the cocoa content, the darker and purer the chocolate. That is why the cocoa content in our chocolate is 70%.

            <p class="question"><span>Why do we use coconut blossom sugar? </span></p>
            <p class="answer">

    Coconut blossom sugar is extracted from the blossoms of the coconut palm and is an alternative to white cane sugar. You can use it just like cane sugar. It has the advantage of a particularly pleasant and soft sweetness. Coconut blossom sugar gives your products and dishes a delicious caramel taste. For us, this is one reason why we only use sugar from the coconut blossom in our products.

            <p class="answer">

    We have used two different materials for our Naturally Pam Chocolate packaging. The paper wrapper is regular paper and can be disposed of with other paper products in the paper recycling bin. The cellulose foil, while it looks like thin plastic, is actually not. You can actually compost it with your garden waste at home. It takes a while to completely biodegrade, which is why current organic waste disposal regulations in Germany sadly don’t allow it to be disposed of with green waste – yet. We hope that the waste disposal industry will continue to develop into the future, because then, in theory, our foil could be disposed of with your organic waste. If you don’t have your own compost at home, then, you have to use the recycling bin, as compostable foil is treated the same as plastic foil. We hope for quick changes in the guidelines!

            <p class="answer">

    The packaging is bio-based and plastic-free. It is obtained from renewable resources. This means that no fossil fuels are required for production – the main criticism of traditional plastic. In addition, the packaging is compostable and decomposes in nature much faster than plastic packaging.
