What‘s the difference between cane sugar and coconut blossom sugar?
White cane sugar has lots of calories but zero nutrients. No vitamins, minerals or fiber is left. As such, it could be described as “empty calories” that do more harm than good to a human body. Unfortunately, the food industry adds cane sugar to the majority of products. At Naturally PAM we decided not to use it. Coconut blossom sugar also has a lower glycaemic index than white cane sugar.
What is the difference between Medjool dates and other dates?
Medjool dates, known as “the fruit of kings” are the most popular date variety. At 6 cm they are bigger than other varieties, such as the Deglet Nour, and are also very soft and moist. Their unmistakable natural sweetness makes them a good alternative to industrially processed sugar.
What is so special about oat flakes?

What does the cocoa content say about the chocolate?
The higher the cocoa content, the more pure the chocolate. However, it should be raw, heavily de-oiled and without additives - even without added sugar and especially cane sugar. That is why the cocoa content in our chocolate chips is 70%.
What does controlled organic cultivation mean?
All our products come from organic farming. This means they are certified for their organic quality. The entire supply chain is regularly monitored and checked to the highest quality standards.
What is the glycaemic index?
The glycaemic index measures the effect of a carbohydrate-containing food on blood sugar levels. The higher the value, the faster the food causes blood sugar levels to rise. As soon as blood sugar spikes, the body releases the hormone insulin, in order to lower the blood sugar level. This may favor the storage of fat and might lead to food cravings.
