Do you also have a sudden craving for chocolate in winter? Instead of eating the usual sugar bombs and artificial stuff, I've always wanted to have my own cleaner and darker version of the typical Christmas sweets, which has finally become a reality with my Chocolate Santa Pam.

Back in January you already saw me on Instagram with a Christmas costume in the 3D scanner? That was for this unique chocolate project! My body was captured by countless cameras from every conceivable angle and then converted into a sketch for the mould.

For me, a guilty conscience has no place at Christmas. I prefer to enjoy the time with my family and feast to my heart's content. If you still want to take care of your body, it's easy to do so now, thanks to my natural ingredients in high quality organic. That's why these two projects were so close to my heart.

What does the cocoa content say about the chocolate?

The higher the cocoa content, the darker and purer the chocolate. That is why the cocoa content in our chocolate is 70%.
What does the Fairtrade mark on the product mean?

The quantity of cocoa required, traded and audited as Fairtrade, ensuring cocoa producers receive Fairtrade terms. It may be mixed during processing with non-certified cocoa, so that the total matches the amount sourced as Fairtrade (mass balance). For more information visit info.fairtrade.net/sourcing.
Why do we use coconut blossom sugar?

Coconut blossom sugar is extracted from the blossoms of the coconut palm and is an alternative to white cane sugar. You can use it just like cane sugar. It has the advantage of a particularly pleasant and soft sweetness. Coconut blossom sugar gives your products and dishes a delicious caramel taste. For us, this is one reason why we only use sugar from the coconut blossom in our products.

How do I dispose of the packaging?

The packaging is made of carton and is 100% recyclable. The packaging can be disposed of in the blue waste paper bin.
Why did I choose this packaging?

I am very happy that we have found packaging options made from renewable materials that do not require fossil fuels for their production. However, we will continue to look for the best possible solutions for you in the future - from content to packaging.
Does the figure have the same taste as the Naturally Pam Chocolate?

It' s very similar, but not quite! The new Chocolate Santa Pam actually tastes a little creamier than the bar, which is why it's not only visually delicious.
